Agent 47 is back in Hitman: Absolution, the fifth game in the Hitman series. A more personal story about 47, who has been betrayed and must uncover a conspiracy. The game is being developed at the same time as a movie based on it. It was claimed on January 11, 2012 that 47's ultimate mission is to assassinate Diana Burnwood, his former employer and friend who provided him his missions in the previous games.
The game centres around Agent 47 and assassinating targets. As in previous games, 47 can use the environment to his advantage for example by choking an enemy with a power cable or knocking them out with a statuette. Also, 47 can disguise himself and the game world reacts to what disguise you are wearing. For instance by wearing a police uniform and passing through a street full of drug addicts, all the NPCs can react by fleeing in fear and many other reactions as well, depending on the entire situation. However, once you enter the police station, a single wrong move or a prolonged exposure to the surrounding police NPCs etc. and your disguise will be uncovered. This can, as shown in the videos, either happen in matter of time or suddenly depending on the situation and surrounding NPCs.
